Week Two~ Day One
| First and foremost....I LOST 3 POUNDS THIS WEEK!!!!! Yippeeeeeee! Ok, it was a super manic day, so I didn't eat much.....see the correlation: less food=more mania = less food...... 11/08/05 2 eggs 2 oz soyrizo 1/8c. 2% cheese (1pt) lg. nonfat latte -syrup (2pt) lean cuisine spa (whole grain) And, that was it. Zero water, though. I usually drink a ton of water even when not dieting, so that is odd for me. |
