Non-Fat Mocha with Almond syrup (6) Lunch: 2 slices wheat bread (4) 2 fat free turkey slices (2) 1 slice provalone cheese (2) Snack: 8oz canned chicken breast- dry (4) Dinner: Homemade chili cheese soup (4) Dessert: 1/2 c. Ice Cream (4) Day total: 32 points Need to drink more water, skip the Starbucks and buy Skinny Cow desserts....and get my fat ass to the GYM!!! |
